AMD B650 motherboards are coming

According to early sales data, retailers are seeing smaller interest in Ryzen 7/5 7000 models. The X670E and X670 boards are expensive to say the least, and that’s without including the cost of Ryzen 7000 CPU and DDR5 memory upgrade.

However, there are new, affordable AM5 boards coming featuring B650E and B650 chipsets. We have collected as many as sixteen boards featuring either of the chipset variant. They come in standard ATX, Micro-ATX and even Mini-ITX form factors. There is really a board for everyone.

AMD stated that AM5 motherboards pricing should start $125, which hopefully includes B650 series as well. Thus far, there is no mention of the A620 entry-level series planned.

AMD and their partners are to unveil B650 series next week during ‘Meet the Expert’ webinar, but it makes more sense to show you these boards now, when you can still buy Ryzen 7 or Ryzen 5 7000 CPUs sooner.
